Tools Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

Terms, return requirements, and warranty process for tools and related items.

Reporting and Returns

  • Damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Buyers should thoroughly inspect goods at the time of delivery.
  • Returns must include original receipt, packaging/boxes, and manuals, without markings or damage.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returns.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to assembled items.

Warranty Scope

  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Warranty does not cover improper installation, neglect, misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/alterations.
  • Claims must be made within the warranty period.
  • Original receipt and packaging/boxes are required for warranty claims.
  • Failure to follow product guidelines may void the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumable parts such as batteries, blades, and other regularly replaced parts.
  • Damage caused by non-compliance with the product user manual.

Additional Terms

  • The Fix It Center reserves the right to inspect and assess products before approving warranty claims.
  • No immediate or loaner replacements are guaranteed, but warranty handling will be expedited where possible.
  • Customers have the right to request testing of electrical/electronic items at point of purchase.
  • For credit card transaction reversals, refund value is 15% less than purchase value for restocking.
  • Customers pay return-to-company delivery costs for warranty service; the company covers delivery of repaired/replacement item back to the customer.
