Air Conditioning Warranty

Warranty coverage and service requirements for air conditioning products purchased from The Fix It Center.

Warranty Coverage

  • The invoice must be presented for all warranty claims. No exceptions.
  • Warranty period: five (5) years on compressor and one (1) year on parts from date of purchase.
  • Coverage applies to manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal usage conditions.
  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

Exclusions

  • Improper installation, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Regular maintenance and cleaning.
  • Power surges or other electrical faults.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumable parts, including filters.

Claim Process

  2. Provide invoice number, model number, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will guide you through inspection, repair, or replacement steps.

Customers are responsible for shipping or delivery costs when returning products for warranty service.

Service Agreement Requirement

  • AC systems must be installed by a licensed technician at the customer's expense, or warranty is void.
  • AC systems must be serviced every four (4) months by a licensed technician at the customer's expense, or warranty is void.
